Returns and Replacements
    • If a product develops a fault or breakdown within 3 working days of purchase (termed as “dead on arrival”), it is eligible for a replacement or refund.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, the invoice, and the warranty card.
    • Any signs of mishandling, as outlined in the “Warranty Policy,” will void this return or refund eligibility.
  • Refund Process:

    • If the customer opts not to receive a replacement or a similar product, a refund will be processed within 15 working days.
    • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • Before processing, the product will be inspected for conditions that could void the warranty, as outlined in the “Warranty Policy.”
  • No Additional Charges:

    • No extra fees, such as shipping or handling charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Receipt of Returned Products:

    • A receipt (physical and email) will be provided for all returned or exchanged products.
    • The receipt will include detailed information about the product and any accessories (e.g., charger, bag).
    • If certain items are not returned, the equivalent cost will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.
  • Post-Return Window Policy:

    • After the initial 15-day “no-questions-asked” return period expires, any issues will be addressed under the warranty terms outlined in the product’s warranty card.
