Replacement or Refund Within 15 Days (“Dead on Arrival” Policy):
If a product develops a fault or breakdown within 3 working days of purchase (termed as “dead on arrival”), it is eligible for a replacement or refund.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, the invoice, and the warranty card.
Any signs of mishandling, as outlined in the “Warranty Policy,” will void this return or refund eligibility.
Refund Process:
If the customer opts not to receive a replacement or a similar product, a refund will be processed within 15 working days.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Before processing, the product will be inspected for conditions that could void the warranty, as outlined in the “Warranty Policy.”
No Additional Charges:
No extra fees, such as shipping or handling charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Receipt of Returned Products:
A receipt (physical and email) will be provided for all returned or exchanged products.
The receipt will include detailed information about the product and any accessories (e.g., charger, bag).
If certain items are not returned, the equivalent cost will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.
Post-Return Window Policy:
After the initial 15-day “no-questions-asked” return period expires, any issues will be addressed under the warranty terms outlined in the product’s warranty card.
